Shipping policy

All orders are sent tracked 48 with Royal Mail.

All in stock items are processed and shipped the next business day after your order is placed.

Made to order items are crafted with care and require additional time. The product description will indicate the expected preparation time. Usually this is around 7 days, we aim to post out before then but we want to keep quality high therefore be prepared for a little wait!

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Delays:
While we strive to meet the above timelines, please note external factors such as carrier delays or seasonal demand may occasionally impact delivery times.
