Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging. 

Please Note:

  • We do not refund postage costs.
  • Buyers are responsible for paying the return postage.
  • We will not charge again for postage if you are exchanging your order.

We cannot accept returns of products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you, unless faulty. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. 

If you are unsure on size we strongly recommend that you come in store and try on items before placing your order. 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings, socks or beauty items, unless they are faulty.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including:

  • Your order number
  • The name and quantity of item(s) that were damaged
  • A clear photo of the damage or fault

Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter. Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so. Please note that all claims for orders arriving with damaged items must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
